Organizational Capacity 

Lok Vikas Sansthan, Hasua is a non - profit making registered Voluntary organization working for the cause of down trodden and suppressed people without ant discrimination of caste , creed . religion , and gender etc. Our area of interests are community development , Rural development Watershed , Women empowerment , income generation programmes , Vocational education , Child school , SHGS Natural resource management , Horticulture , Youth affairs etc. Our organization works on democratic principle and decentralized process at grass root level . There are four tier system in our organization , but in each and every programme policy we involve local people to give important decisions , so that the Goals could be meet at grass root level with high level transparency followed by raising the capacity of villagers and to give due respect to the target population .
